Senior Business Analyst Pre-Sales

Technostacks is looking for a Business Analyst with strong consulting and client-facing experience to drive Digital Transformation, ERP, AI Integration, and Agentic AI initiatives for global clients.

• Lead requirement gathering and discovery workshops with clients.
• Analyze business processes and design scalable digital transformation solutions.
• Create workflows, process maps, wireframes, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable development requirements.
• Collaborate with development, QA, UI/UX, AI, and project teams.
• Demonstrate project progress, features, and solution updates to clients regularly.
• Drive stakeholder discussions, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and uncover business needs.
• Contribute to ERP, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, AI Integration, and Agentic AI projects.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, solution design, and brainstorming.

• 3–8 years of Business Analysis experience in software consulting, technology services, or digital transformation projects.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working directly with clients from the USA and Europe.
• Proven ability to independently lead workshops, requirement sessions, and client demonstrations.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, workflow creation, documentation, and solution design.
• Experience in ERP solutions, particularly within Manufacturing, Logistics, or Healthcare domains.
• Hands‑on experience creating wireframes, business workflows, and functional documentation.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven business solutions and modern software platforms.

• Experience working with reputed consulting, technology, or product companies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io, and AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.
