Join a long-running enterprise Service Now program focused on IT Operations Management (ITOM). The project is currently expanding its team and offers the opportunity to work directly with an enterprise customer environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and implement Service Now solutions within the ITOM domain
- Participate in the full delivery lifecycle, including:
- Requirements analysis
- Configuration
- Development
- Testing
- Work as an embedded member of the customer-facing project team
- Prepare and maintain regular time and progress reports
- Contribute to workshops, demos, and proposal support activities
- Follow customer processes, tools, and delivery practices
- Provide monthly reporting on time spent and project progress
- 5+ years of Service Now development experience
- Strong practical experience with one or more ITOM modules:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Cloud Provisioning and Governance
- Hands-on Service Now platform development experience
- Current Service Now certifications or readiness to obtain certifications in the near term
- Ability to work independently within an enterprise customer environment
- Technical leadership capabilities
- English:
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
