As a Business Insights Leader, you will drive the strategy, development, and delivery of business reporting, analytics, and data visualization capabilities that support executive decision‑making and operational excellence. You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and executives to transform data into actionable insights and manage the organization’s analytics roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, visualization, and reporting specialists.
- Define and execute the organization’s analytics and business insights roadmap.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for data‑driven improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Design, develop, and oversee dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
- Business Insights & Technology
- Manage existing BI platforms, reporting tools, and analytics environments.
- Evaluate and implement new analytics technologies and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and privacy standards.
- Deploy Technical Business Management philosophies.
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and departmental leadership.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between business units and technology teams.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and prioritize analytics initiatives.
- University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience.
- Leadership experience leading teams or projects.
- Financial Business Management experience, including Annual Operating Planning, metrics, and reporting.
- Experience with Risk Management Framework and/or Classified Information Technology operations.
- Experience in creating metrics and/or business insights.
- Experience in Technical Business Management.
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, PowerBI, Tableau, and/or Qlik.
- Master’s degree or higher education.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or statistical analysis tools.
- Experience leading enterprise‑scale analytics transformations.
- Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and predictive analytics.
