We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Will & Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and confident in guiding individuals and families through estate planning decisions with care and clarity.

This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and related instruments
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their family, financial, and tax considerations
• Conduct client consultations and clearly explain legal options and implications
• Handle probate and trust administration matters as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely client files and documentation
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver exceptional client service
• Stay current on changes in estate planning, probate, and tax law

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in TX
• Minimum 10 years of experience in estate planning and/or probate (preferred)
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while contributing to a team environment
• Client-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism and empathy
