Run the daily attorney operating system for Pre‑Litigation by coaching, monitoring, and supporting attorneys to produce high-quality case work, timely demands, and strong settlements without bottlenecks or rework.

Pre‑Litigation attorneys consistently produce high-quality, on‑time, negotiation‑ready cases with minimal rework, strong settlement performance, and no deadline or quality breakdowns.

Requirements Attorney Execution & Quality Control- Own the daily execution of all Pre‑Litigation attorneys.
- Monitor caseloads, task flow, and milestone completion to ensure cases do not stall.
- Review and approve demands, negotiations, and case readiness before escalation to the Director.
- Identify quality gaps, missing documentation, or case risks and drive corrective action.
- Maintain a limited personal caseload, primarily focused on higher‑complexity or escalated matters, to stay grounded in execution and model best practices in medical management, demand quality, and negotiation strategy.
- Serve as the primary coach and mentor for Pre‑Litigation Associate Attorneys.
- Provide ongoing feedback on case strategy, negotiation skills, client communication, and file management.
- Lead onboarding and training for new attorneys, ensuring fast and consistent ramp‑up.
- Reinforce playbooks, workflows, and best practices.
- Track case movement across all attorney caseloads to prevent stagnation, missed deadlines, or rushed demands.
- Escalate high‑risk, high‑value, firm‑impacting, strategic, or stuck cases to the Director of Pre‑Litigation for valuation and strategy alignment.
- Ensure Statutes of Limitation, medical treatment progress, and discovery‑readiness are protected.
- Actively monitor medical treatment progress, record completeness, and lien exposure across attorney caseloads to ensure cases are positioned for maximum recovery before demand or escalation.
- Partner with departments/teams to resolve case blockers.
- Ensure attorneys have what they need to move cases forward without unnecessary delays.
- Support clean, litigation‑ready transfers when cases advance.
- Maintain visibility into attorney performance, workload, and case readiness.
- Provide clear updates to the Director of Pre‑Litigation on execution, risks, and capacity.
