Criminal Defense Attorney position at Rosenthal, Kalabus & Therrian (RKT) located in Mckinney, TX.

• Represent clients in misdemeanor and felony criminal matters around the DFW Metroplex.
• Conduct new client consultations and routine case evaluations.
• Prepare for and attend court appearances, hearings, pleadings, trials, and jail visits.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Work with staff, investigators, and experts to strategize and develop strong defenses tailored to each case.
• Manage client expectations consistently and well.
• Attend networking and marketing events as often as possible.

• 1-2 years of minimum experience as a licensed attorney; experience in criminal defense strongly preferred.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Texas State Bar with good standing.
• Collaborative, communicative, and client-centered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Motivated and eager to grow!
