Supply Chain Functional Support Director

- Provide negotiation support to procurement teams including support to strategic long-term agreements
- Conduct PV tracking to support business financial objectives
- Provide budgetary support to core Supply Chain procurement and S&OP planning functions (direct, indirect CER pools)
- Manage strategic Supply Chain AR/CFRs and other tools to accelerate material
- Lead strategic agreement support with financial business case analysis
- Lead financial analysis and support for Supply Chain competitions and best value source selection
- Conduct constraint analyses to support investment initiatives and improve material availability in Raytheon’s factories
- Act as a catalyst for data‑driven decision making
- Capable of standing up a team and designing cross‑functional, results‑oriented business processes
- Able to lead others in turning complex data into clear insights that drive action
- Able to proactively drive financial performance, including identifying key success enablers for Operations and other downstream functions
- Comfortable supporting multiple work streams in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities
- Must be able to influence without authority and build consensus among executive‑level stakeholders
- Must demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and personal drive, actively seeking opportunities to improve processes, strengthen supply chain performance, and support organizational transformation
- A University Degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience
- Experience with financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Executive communication experience
- Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments
- Higher education in Finance, business, or a related field
- Negotiations experience in Supply Chain or a related field
- Strategic deal experience
- Proven ability to create broad‑based consensus through influential communication
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required (DoD Clearance: Secret; active and existing clearance required after day
1).
