• Work closely with program and partnering functions to ensure successful supplier management and execution in support of program needs and requirements
• Provide Supply Chain support for RLPM (RTX Lifecycle Program Management)
• Create, manage, and execute Material Program Strategy (MPS) and the Material Program Plan (MPP) to enable successful execution of program competitiveness and performance, from the front end of the business through contract closure
• Provide status by preparing and presenting slides and files during team tag-ups, daily/weekly program meetings, and monthly program & customer reviews
• Participate in weekly supplier engagements to ensure required performance is met
• Maintain and assess the integrity of the MRP environment and the programs' schedule within that environment while balancing supply and demand to allow for an executable schedule
• Own the supplier and finance management process (i.e., Risk/Opportunity, Line of Balance, Metrics, Material sales forecasts)
• Assist procurement with supplier Request for Proposals / Quotes (RFP's / RFQ's)
• Proactively address and complete urgent supply chain tasking (Purchase Requisition s integrity, Single/Sole Source Justifications, Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW), Purchase Order follow up
• Provide pertinent information to procurement in order to expedite ordering and receipt of parts to ensure continuous production
• Communicate program status, issues, and resolution plans across all major stakeholders, including Raytheon senior management, customers, and suppliers
• Domestic travel not more than 20%

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
• Minimum 6 years' experience in supply chain, finance, operations, project management, and/or program management role
• Minimum 5 years experience working with suppliers
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

• Experience in Material Forecasting, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Material Estimate at Complete (EAC), and/or Earned Value (EV)
• Experience managing supplier performance relative to financials, performance metrics, and/or contract compliance
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning tools (i.e. SAP, Power BI, Kinaxis Rapid Response)
• Experience using and creating pivot tables in Microsoft Excel
• Supply chain experience in the Aerospace or Defense industry
• Experience with government regulations (i.e. FAR/DFAR, ITAR/EAR, TINA, etc.)

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
