Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.

Raytheon is seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Data Analyst to support data-driven insights across our logistics and transportation operations. In this role, you will transform logistics data from Special Program Access and other sources into clear, actionable information that helps identify process gaps, improve delivery efficiency, optimize warehousing, and enhance overall logistics performance. You will work closely with teams involved in transportation planning, freight management, warehousing, and customs compliance to contribute to sustainable process improvements.

This position requires an analytical thinker with knowledge of logistics modules used within Special Program Access, a foundation in continuous improvement methodologies, and the ability to communicate data findings effectively to various stakeholders.

What You Will Do
  • Collaborate with inventory compliance teams to analyze stock levels, movement patterns, and storage strategies to optimize warehousing efficiency, tools, and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement data collection, storage, and reporting strategies for key logistics metrics across transportation, warehousing, inventory accuracy, and leveraging WM system as a primary data source.
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis using complex datasets from Special Program Access and logistics systems to identify trends, pinpoint warehousing inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for cost reduction and service level improvement.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) that provide real-time visibility into logistics performance, highlighting areas of excellence, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks to stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to conduct root cause analysis for logistics inefficiencies, delivery delays, freight anomalies, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement projects specifically aimed at optimizing supply chain networks, supporting warehouse layouts, improving inventory flow, and improving overall logistics operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with IT, Procurement, Operations, Property, 3PL (Third Party Logistics) and other business units to ensure Special Program Access data integrity, seamless system integration, and the successful implementation of logistics improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training on logistics data analytics tools and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., CORE principles) to empower logistics team members.
  • Occasional domestic travel may be required (up to 10%). This position will be onsite at our McKinney, TX or Tucson, AZ locations.
Qualifications You Must Have

  • Experience extracting and manipulating data within ERP/WM modules relevant to logistics (e.g., WM, SD, MM).
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools, along with analytical skills using SQL or advanced Excel tools (VBA, Power Query).
  • Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain Top Secret or higher clearance level or program access after start date.
Qualifications We Prefer
