Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are an independently owned Textile Rental Company based inMcKinney Texas servicing DFW, Houston, San Antonio and Austin .

We provide linen rental and related services for Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Uniform and Event customers throughout Texas and Oklahoma.

Salary Range - $50,000.00 - $

• Assist in overall responsibility for the daily repair and maintenance of industrial laundry processing equipment and facility maintenance.
• Reporting to the Director of Maintenance assisting and working with personnel in preventative maintenance, sourcing and acquiring parts, and maintaining fleet vehicles while working with other departments.
• Familiarity of maintenance of industrial equipment and mechanical systems.
• Including;
  Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Mechanical Systems and drives, piping, steam, Compressed Air, and various control systems.
• Should also be familiar with repair processes including; welding, mechanical, electrical (both 3 phase and single phase), and the preventative maintenance process and procedures.
• Experience with industrial laundry equipment, water systems, truck fleets, a plus.
• Candidate does not need experience in these areas but a general understanding and aptitude with an interest to learn a strong benefit.
