• Be the Contracts lead for the development of proposals, negotiations, contractual agreements, contract execution, day-to-day administration
• Provide sound contract management to meet customer obligations, achieve company objectives and comply with company policies
• Effectively manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure work is performed to the overall contract scope
• Develop and enhance positive customer relationships for working contractual matters to resolution
• Effectively communicate with leadership regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization
• Leverage excellent relationships with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions to drive closure on complex contractual issues and achieve business result
• Manage 1 direct report
• Work onsite (40 hours per week) at our McKinney, TX location

• University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start date
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  Contracts Administration, Program/Project Management, Supply Chain Management/Administration, Procurement/Acquisitions, or Finance
• Experience with U.S. Government contracts

• Ability to partner with others, work in a team environment, and defer to management as appropriate
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in an environment with established company policies and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective and sustaining relationships with customers
• Experience in a position requiring multi-tasking and handling several assignments concurrently or similar project management or coordination
• Experience working in SAP environments

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to role, function, and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
