The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shift and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage the shift team
- Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order
- Train new team members
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed
- Complete all necessary paperwork and reports
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
