Raytheon Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management (PM) to oversee a program area within the Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS) Sub‑Strategic Business Unit (SSBU). The successful candidate will lead development and transition to production efforts for advanced systems within the Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) organization, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance of these efforts. This role is onsite located in McKinney, TX.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to ensure predictable performance.
  • Accountability for profit and loss, EAC inputs, and program execution including risk and opportunities, cost, quality, and schedule performance.
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross‑functional teams across multiple Raytheon sites.
  • Implement and execute Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to meet Estimate at Completion (EAC) requirements.
  • Establish and execute baseline schedule, negotiating and executing change requirements.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customer counterparts.
  • Travel domestically, as needed, to support business engagements.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Program Management, systems engineering, or business management experience.
  • Experience managing cost, schedule, and/or performance for programs using program management tools.
  • Active and transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance required prior to start date.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Program Management Level 6 Certification or ability to obtain within one year.
  • Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Program management experience in all program lifecycle phases, including development, production, and sustainment; ability to engage senior‑level customers and industry partners.
  • Understanding of Electronic Warfare (EW) or Radio Frequency (RF) principles, systems development, and application of applicable technologies in operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and influence the cross‑functional production team, functional leaders, domestic and global supply chain, and internal program leaders to secure resources necessary for a profitable production program.

  • Salary range: $132,400 – $251,600 USD (good faith estimate). RTX considers factors such as role, function, responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, and key skills when extending an offer.
