Role SummarySenior Manager, Program Management (PM) will oversee a program area within the Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS) Sub‑Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) in the Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) organization, leading development and transition to production of advanced systems.
What You Will Do- Lead all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to ensure predictable performance.
- Accountability for profit and loss, EAC inputs, and program execution including risk and opportunities, cost, quality, and schedule performance.
- Provide leadership and direction to cross‑functional teams across multiple Raytheon sites.
- Implement and execute Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS), meeting Estimate at Completion (EAC) requirements.
- Establish and execute baseline schedule, negotiating and executing change requirements.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customer counterparts.
- Travel domestically as needed to support business engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, systems engineering, or business management.
- Experience managing cost, schedule, and/or performance for programs using program management tools.
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance required prior to start date, with the ability to obtain program access thereafter.
- Program Management Level 6 certification or the ability to obtain it within one year is preferred.
- Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Program management experience in all lifecycle phases, including development, production, and sustainment, with the ability to engage senior‑level customers and industry partners.
- Understanding of Electronic Warfare (EW) or Radio Frequency (RF) principles, systems development, and application of related technologies in operations.
- Demonstrated ability to advise and influence cross‑functional production teams, functional leaders, domestic and global supply chains, and internal program leaders to secure necessary resources for a profitable production program.
- Salary range: 132,400 USD – 251,600 USD.

- Eligible for annual short‑term and long‑term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and collective‑bargaining agreement.
