Senior Manager, Program Management (PM) will oversee a program area within the Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS) Sub‑Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) in the Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) organization, leading development and transition to production of advanced systems.

• Lead all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to ensure predictable performance.
• Accountability for profit and loss, EAC inputs, and program execution including risk and opportunities, cost, quality, and schedule performance.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross‑functional teams across multiple Raytheon sites.
• Implement and execute Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS), meeting Estimate at Completion (EAC) requirements.
• Establish and execute baseline schedule, negotiating and executing change requirements.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customer counterparts.
• Travel domestically as needed to support business engagements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, systems engineering, or business management.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and/or performance for programs using program management tools.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance required prior to start date, with the ability to obtain program access thereafter.
• Program Management Level 6 certification or the ability to obtain it within one year is preferred.
• Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Program management experience in all lifecycle phases, including development, production, and sustainment, with the ability to engage senior‑level customers and industry partners.
• Understanding of Electronic Warfare (EW) or Radio Frequency (RF) principles, systems development, and application of related technologies in operations.
• Demonstrated ability to advise and influence cross‑functional production teams, functional leaders, domestic and global supply chains, and internal program leaders to secure necessary resources for a profitable production program.

• Salary range: 132,400 USD – 251,600 USD.

• Eligible for annual short‑term and long‑term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and collective‑bargaining agreement.
