Seeking an experienced Claims Manager with strong health claims operations expertise to provide leadership and oversight for claims administration functions. The individual will support day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and ensure continuity during a leadership transition.
Lead and support health claims operations and business processes.
Provide operational guidance and subject matter expertise to claims teams.
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
Partner with business stakeholders to improve service levels and claims outcomes.
Support transition planning and knowledge transfer activities.
Qualifications:
7+ years of health claims operations experience.
Strong understanding of claims lifecycle, workflows, and industry practices.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
