Summary:

Seeking an experienced Claims Manager with strong health claims operations expertise to provide leadership and oversight for claims administration functions. The individual will support day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and ensure continuity during a leadership transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support health claims operations and business processes.
• Provide operational guidance and subject matter expertise to claims teams.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve service levels and claims outcomes.
• Support transition planning and knowledge transfer activities.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of health claims operations experience.
• Strong understanding of claims lifecycle, workflows, and industry practices.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• No technical expertise required.

-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $ to $. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
