Route Service Supervisor

## DescriptionA route supervisor will be responsible for the management of linen routes and regular day to day managerial duties that include but not limited to:
1. Making sure routes are covered by RSR's daily.
2. Manage routes daily billing and product flow.
* Route settlements
* On demand history/request
3.Visiting customers on regular basis to ensure relationships
* Obtaining manager surveys
* Perform inventory and quality checks
* Complete daily cash in and debriefing with RSR's
* Daily checklist
* RSR performance checklist
* Driving evaluations
5. Manage A/R's in timely manner to keep customers up to date with their billing.
6. Work with customers to fix any issues that have come up with merchandise and/or service from RSR's.7. Teach and train RSR's on how to manage routes per company standards.
8. Making sure customer renewals are done in a timely manner to ensure the longevity of our company.
9. Ensuring the cleanliness of the RSR's and fleet of trucks.
10. Responsible for making sure the weekend duties are covered by RSR's and checking the emails for the call in from our customers and reporting them to RSR's for delivery.
11. Responsible for keeping track of KPI reports for the routes that you are responsible for managing.
