The Financial Manager serves as the senior onsite financial leader for Stonebridge Ranch Community Association, a large-scale master-planned community association with a complex operating, reserve, capital, and assessment structure. As a key member of the onsite leadership team, the Financial Manager works in close partnership with the General Manager/Executive Director and Assistant General Manager and serves as the primary financial resource and business partner to onsite department leaders.

This is a hands-on financial leadership position responsible for the preparation, review, analysis, and presentation of the Association’s financial statements and financial reporting package, as well as budgeting and forecasting, cash management, financial controls, audit coordination, and day-to-day financial management.

The Financial Manager reports directly to the General Manager and maintains functional alignment with Real Manage Accounting Leadership regarding accounting standards, controls, and financial reporting requirements.

The Financial Manager is expected to move beyond producing financial results to understand and explain performance, identify trends and risks, investigate material variances, anticipate financial needs, and provide clear, supported recommendations to onsite leadership.

• Serve as the primary onsite financial resource and advisor to the General Manager,, Assistant General Manager, and onsite department leaders.
