We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead USRL's commercial growth strategy and help build the next generation of our national logistics platform.

About the Role

  • Expand relationships with existing customers through new commodities, terminals, and transportation solutions.
  • Partner with executive leadership on new terminal developments, acquisitions, and commercial expansion opportunities.
  • Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline, forecasting process, and CRM.
  • Negotiate multi-year customer agreements and pricing strategies focused on profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with terminal operations to successfully onboard and grow new business.
  • Report commercial performance, pipeline, and EBITDA growth opportunities to the CEO and Board of Directors.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of executive sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience.
  • Proven success growing revenue and EBITDA in transportation, logistics, rail, transloading, trucking, or industrial services.
  • Experience working with Class I railroads, short line railroads, transload facilities, or industrial logistics customers is highly preferred.
  • Strong executive presence with experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
  • Financial acumen and the ability to evaluate customer profitability and return on investment.
Why Join USRL?
  • Executive leadership role with direct impact on company growth strategy.
  • Opportunity to shape expansion into new terminals, commodities, and markets.
  • Highly competitive executive compensation with significant performance upside tied to EBITDA growth.
  • Work alongside an experienced leadership team focused on building a premier national rail and logistics platform.
