Blount Fine Foods - - Responsibilities:
Assist FSQ Management in maintaining product quality and safety;
Conduct food safety inspections in production environment;
Perform finished product testing and data entry for FSQ activities;
Conduct GMP and SSOP daily inspections;
Maintain lab equipment and perform raw material testing and analysis;
Calibrate lab equipment and manage nonconforming raw materials;
Monitor CCPs and HACCP adherence;
Prepare and complete required paperwork accurately;
