Position:
Cell Leader (Manufacturing / Assembly) – full‑time on‑site in McKinney, Texas (2nd shift). Must be U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Responsible for safety, quality, cost, and schedule execution on the factory floor.
- Supervise day‑to‑day factory operations, resource loading, process control, and business performance metrics.
- Interface and collaborate with Production Associates, Production Control, Program Operations, Quality, Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, and Factory Management.
- Plan and forecast workforce needs, train employees, track time and attendance, manage area layout, flow, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Engage with other functional areas to drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and schedule performance.
- University degree or equivalent work experience and at least 2 years of related manufacturing experience.
- Experience managing a production team or group of subordinate employees.
- Experience with manufacturing planning/scheduling and lean manufacturing concepts.
- Experience with processes such as R6s, iMRO, SAP, CMES or equivalent shop floor system.
- Experience in cost management and/or rework reduction efforts.
- Experience in visual controls, line balancing, LEAN factory management, and optimizing critical resources.
- Experience with manufacturing engineering, process development and continuous improvement.
- U.S. citizenship required, with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
