Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Support

• Executive Leadership:
  Serve as the CEO's right-hand operations lead, providing leadership as needed. Participate in setting Short-, Medium-, and Long-Term company goals and in strategy planning.
• Cost Optimization: relentless focus on the bottom line. Lead initiatives to reduce Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) by 10-15% and optimize the cost structure to target gross margins.

2. Manufacturing & Facility Build-Out

• In-House Manufacturing: Lead the setup, growth, and operations of our liquid and tea production lines at the new Eldorado facility.
• Facility Optimization: oversee facility optimization and growth (U-flow zoning, vertical racking) to maximize efficiency.

  Drive FDA/DSHS compliance and ensure the facility meets NSF, SQF, cGMP, and Organic certification requirements.

  Oversee the continued integration of our ERP system across manufacturing, warehousing, and fulfillment.

3. Supply Chain & Inventory Management

• Inventory Logic:
  Execute strategies to increase inventory turns and improve cash flow.
• Forecasting:
  Lead demand forecasting to eliminate Out-of-Stocks (OOS) while managing product discontinuation and scrap execution (Targeting a lean catalog reduction by 50%, resulting in
