What You’ll Do:

- Operate and monitor Armor, Cabler, and Packaging machines.

Run up to 5 machines at the same time in a fast‑paced environment.

Prepare, inspect, and maintain equipment for safe operation.

Use basic hand tools: calipers, wrenches, sockets, pliers, knives, tape measures.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow OSHA and Prysmian safety standards.

Report safety concerns immediately.

Support production as directed by supervisors.

Work reliably and contribute to a strong team environment.

What You Bring:

- Manufacturing experience preferred — not required.

Ability to perform very physically demanding work.

Ability to use standard hand tools.

Must not be color blind.

Ability to multitask and run multiple machines ong reliability and willingness to learn.

Preferred: farming or farm‑hand experience due to familiarity with labor‑intensive work.

Preferred: candidates open to 3rd shift and overnight schedules.

Work Environment:

- Loud, industrial manufacturing setting.

Exposure to heat and occasional outdoor tasks.

Frequent bending, twisting, standing, kneeling, and repetitive motion.

Regular lifting up to 50 lbs.

Fast‑paced environment with continuous machine operation.

Schedules:

- 12‑hour or 8‑hour shifts.
