This is a 2nd Shift Onsite position 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Saturday through Wednesday.
What You Will Do:- Monitor kitting racks and drop zones for hardware needing to be routed to assigned work cell, including shortages filled, kits, etc.
- Move parts dispositioned for RTV/SCRAP to SMA/pack‑ship or other applicable areas.
- Conduct line flow audits.
- Perform WIP audits to verify material aged at an operation is physically located in the corresponding area.
- Support the tracking of materials (transacted in PRISM by others) via PRISM and Raytrak.
- Submit SOS tickets to expedite items, initiate return to stock requests, and request discrepancy investigations.
- Handle logistics activities such as de‑trashing, creating and maintaining organized totes for kits for the manufacturing floor, and validating kit items.
- Move material via carts or pallet jacks and relocate material between factories; lift up to 28 lbs. Occasional weekend work may be required.
- High school diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2‑year post‑high‑school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with moving pallet jacks.
- Ability to accomplish daily work tasks with minimal supervision and moderate direction, being proactive and driving action accordingly.
- Experience applying critical‑thinking techniques, using logic and reasoning to identify approaches to problems and evaluating strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
- Experience working in SAP.
- Experience working with inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and environments.
- Course work, academic projects, or professional experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or other operations‑related fields.
- Experience presenting and communicating effectively, both written and verbal.
