• Have experience from manufacturing, extrusion, production, farming, or mechanics—or any role where you worked hard and moved fast?
• Comfortable working overnight and staying focused through the night?
• Strong enough to handle repetitive lifting (up to 70 lbs) safely?

• Operate and closely monitor production machinery to meet safety, quality, and output targets (extrusion experience helps).
• Use basic mechanical skills and hand tools to keep equipment operating smoothly.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and safety practices.
• Work as part of a production team to keep materials moving.

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, extrusion, mechanics, farm work, or other physically demanding jobs.
• Availability and comfort with overnight shifts.
• Dependability, punctuality, and strong attention to safety.
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate.
