Job Summary

The Sanitation Operator supports Production by ensuring all tanks and production equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and staged for use. This role is responsible for operating key utility systems including the CIP Cart, RO System, Deaeration Skid, and for filling tanks with DA water and preparing the HLT (Hot Liquor Tank) to support production readiness.

Key Responsibilities CIP & Sanitation
  • Perform CIP and sanitation of tanks and production equipment per SOPs
  • Operate the CIP Cart including setup, cycle execution, rinse steps, and verification activities as trained
  • Ensure tanks and equipment are properly labeled and staged after cleaning
Utilities & Tank Readiness
  • Operate the RO System to support water supply requirements
  • Operate the Deaeration Skid to generate and deliver DA water
  • Fill batching/production tanks with DA water per the production plan
  • Heat and maintain the HLT to support sanitation and production readiness
GMP / SQF / Food Safety Compliance
  • Follow all facility GMP, SQF, and Food Safety Program guidelines
  • Maintain sanitary conditions and follow contamination prevention procedures
  • Report food safety or quality concerns immediately
Documentation & Communication
  • Complete sanitation documentation (CIP logs, tank status, readiness checks)
  • Communicate equipment readiness and elevate abnormal conditions
Job Location
  • Open to relocation to McKinney, TX.
  • Willing and able to be physically present on the production floor daily.
