Comfortable working overnight and staying focused through the night?
Strong enough to handle repetitive lifting (up to 70 lbs) safely?

Role at a glance
Operate and closely monitor production machinery to meet safety, quality, and output targets (extrusion experience helps).Use basic mechanical skills and hand tools to keep equipment operating smoothly.
Follow all standard operating procedures and safety practices.
Work as part of a production team to keep materials moving.
What you’ll need to succeed
HS diploma or equivalent.
Experience in manufacturing, production, extrusion, mechanics, farm work, or other physically demanding jobs.
Availability and comfort with overnight shifts.
Dependability, punctuality, and strong attention to safety.
Eagerness to learn and collaborate.
