You step onto the floor, run your pre‑shift inspection, and take command of a stand‑up reach truck to keep materials flowing safely and on time. 6PM - 6
AM Starting Pay: $20/hr base pay + $2/hr night shift differential
Overtime opportunities available at time-and-a-half.
What You’ll Do Each Night Operate a stand‑up reach forklift to move, stage, and stack materials, reels, and pallets to designated locations with precision.
Conduct thorough pre‑ and post‑operation equipment checks and flag routine maintenance needs.
Build safe, stable stacks of empty pallets/reels and maintain clear aisles.
Follow OSHA safety policies, practices, and procedures; report any unsafe acts or conditions to your supervisor and/or safety team.
Execute tasks per supervisor direction and adapt to additional duties as production needs evolve.
Demonstrate consistent, reliable attendance.
* MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRIVEN FORKLIFT EXAM
* Knowledge, Skills & Abilities1+ year of stand‑up reach forklift experience (required) with comfort moving large, heavy loads.
Proven ability to safely move full and empty pallets in active production areas.
Able to identify when routine forklift maintenance may be needed.
Reliable attendance and a team‑first mindset.
Physical & Environmental Expectations Loud production environment with exposure to extreme temperatures; some tasks may occur outdoors.
Frequent repetitive movement including kneeling, crouching, stooping; regular use of hands to handle tools and controls.
Lift up to 50 pounds while bending, twisting, and/or standing.
What You Know Distribution operations experience.
Current forklift license/certification.
Ability to meet all physical requirements.
High School diploma or GED.Tools & Tech You’ll UseRF scanners and scan tools.
