Position: Electrical Panel Technician (Wire Assembly)
Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Panel Technician to join our client's production team. This role is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical schematics, wire preparation techniques, and quality electrical connections in a manufacturing environment.

• 1st Shift
• Climate-Controlled Facility

What you'll do as an Electrical Panel Technician:

• Assemble and wire electrical panels
• Read and interpret electrical schematics
• Cut, strip, crimp, route, and terminate wires
• Perform testing and inspections
• Troubleshoot wiring issues

Skills and Experience

Preferred Candidate Will Have:

• 2+ years of recent wire assembly, electrical assembly, or panel building experience
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Knowledge of NEMA and IEC symbols
• Ability to produce consistent, high-quality electrical connections
• Experience with wire cutters, strippers, crimpers
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship standards
