Your challenge
Run and oversee production machinery with care and focus (extrusion background is a plus).Apply practical mechanical know-how and hand tools to minimize downtime.
Adhere to safety and quality standards; communicate issues early.
Move and handle materials as the work demands (lift up to 70 lbs).Partner with your team to meet targets on an overnight schedule.

People with experience in manufacturing, production, extrusion, mechanics, farm work, or other physically demanding roles.
