Blount Fine Foods - - Responsibilities:
Coordinate and verify ingredients to ensure accurate processing of divisional manufacturing ingredients during the designated shift;
Maintain inventory accuracy within the department;
Verify prepped recipe ingredient accuracy and ensure each production line has appropriate recipes in queue;
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and Allergen guidelines and maintain ingredient integrity throughout manufacturing;
Ensure accurate lot numbers and allocation of materials; report suspicious packages or activities as applicable
