Job Summary

The Resin and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing and controlling material receipt, inventory, and handling of Resins, Inks, Solvents, Plates, Film stock, and WIP. Key activities include resin transfers from railcars, maintaining silo levels to support production, reviewing production demand, and planning material staging to support the schedule. The Coordinator conducts weekly inventories on these materials, reconciles on‑hand stock with accounting systems, mixes inks according to production formulas, trains and certifies associates on powered handling equipment (fork trucks, powered hand jacks), and manages partial material units.

Physical

& Work Environment
  • Maintain forklift and electric pallet jack certification.
  • Maintain EPA/DOT Hazardous Materials Training.
  • Must be able to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift.
  • May spend up to 30% of time in an office setting.
  • Outdoor activity required throughout the year.
  • May require night and weekend hours.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Commitment to safety and quality
  • Ability to read work instructions in English
  • Ability to operate resin testing equipment
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Word)
  • Proven track record of excellent attendance
  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work outside in hot/cold environments
  • Ability to work non‑traditional hours as required
