Machine Operator – Manufacturing
McKinney, TX | $17.50 – $20/hr
Prysmian is hiring Machine Operators to support wire and cable production at our McKinney, TX manufacturing facility.
- Stable Workweeks
- Regular overtime opportunities (1.5x pay)
- $2.00/hr overnight shift differential (up to $19.50/hr)
- Full benefits package
- 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Operate and monitor production equipment (Skaltech & Rewind machines)
- Inspect equipment and product quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines
- Support production goals through reliable attendance and teamwork
- Must live within 45 miles of McKinney, TX
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime
Manufacturing, production, or labor‑intensive experience preferred
- Stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work in a loud, industrial environment
