A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Mechanical Assembler
. Position type:
Full Time, Contract. Duration: 10+ months.
Location:
Mckinney, TX. Shift: 5:30 AM to 2 PM.
This position is part of the Thick Films/Lids Group involved in wafer fabrication and related processing activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for manual tasks, operating semi- and automated processing equipment, and performing rework. The role will include using microscopes, adhering to detailed written work instructions, and documenting non-conformances in our Factory Operating System (FOS).
Key Duties:- Setup shop orders and operate ovens
- Perform manual assembly and soldering tasks
- Use microscopes for inspection and precision tasks
- Follow detailed written work instructions
- Create non-conformances and rework in FOS
- Complete annual training requirements on safety, hazardous materials, and quality systems
- Experience in manufacturing, microelectronics, aerospace, or defense industries
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Basic computer (MS Office) and math skills
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and adhere to quality standards
Skills:
- Experience working with microscopes
- Soldering experience to Military/ANSI/J standards
- Microelectronics or manufacturing industry experience
- Strong focus on safety and teamwork
Pay Range*: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
