Industrial Finishing Specialist — Elevate Every Surface

Your mission

Deliver reliable, high-quality finishes on a wide variety of substrates while maintaining safety, precision, and pace in a manufacturing setting.

How you’ll make it happen
  • Prepare wood, metal, plastic, aluminum, stainless, and other surfaces for coating.
  • Brush-and-roll latex, oil-based, and epoxy coatings to spec; support with spray equipment where applicable (spray knowledge is a plus).
  • Verify exact color using charts, fan decks, and labels.
  • Operate lifts, ladders, and power tools with care and confidence.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and mechanical issues to keep production on track.
What you bring
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial and industrial coating applications.
  • Dependable transportation and the flexibility to adjust to changing hours.
  • References are appreciated but not required.
Schedule and compensation
  • Starting pay: $25/hr
  • Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Regular hours may also be Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., with flex needs that can include weekends, nights, and holidays.
