As an Industrial Multi‑Machine Production Technician, you’ll keep Armor, Cabler, and Packaging lines running—often up to five machines at once—while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

Role Snapshot
Location:
McKinney, TXPay: $17–$20 per hour + overtime & shift differential
Status:
Full‑time
Core Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and adjust Armor, Cabler, and Packaging equipment.
Run multiple machines concurrently (up to five) to meet throughput goals.
Set up, inspect, and maintain equipment to ensure safe operation.
Use common hand tools: calipers, wrenches, sockets, pliers, knives, and tape measures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Comply with OSHA and Prysmian safety standards; immediately report hazards.
Support supervisors and collaborate with peers to hit production targets.
Qualifications Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Physically capable of strenuous work; able to lift regularly up to 50 lbs.
Proficient with basic hand tools and measurements.
Must not be color blind.
Proven multitasker who can oversee several machines simultaneously.
Reliable attendance and willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred: farming/farm‑hand experience.
Preferred: openness to 3rd shift and overnight schedules.
Work Conditions Loud, fast‑moving industrial environment
Exposure to heat and occasional outdoor duties
Frequent bending, twisting, standing, kneeling, and repetitive motion Schedules
12‑hour or 8‑hour shifts
Overtime available
Weekend availability required3rd‑shift/overnight candidates strongly preferred
