Blount Fine Foods - - Responsibilities:
Coordinate and verify ingredients to ensure accurate processing of divisional manufacturing ingredients on the designated shift;
Maintain inventory accuracy within the department;
Verify departmental HACCP, GMP, and Allergen guidelines are followed and ensure integrity of all ingredients throughout the manufacturing process;
Ensure the accuracy of lot numbers and allocation of materials;
Complete required paperwork accurately and honestly as applicable and adhere to GMPs, SOPs, and Allergen control programs
