We are looking for motivated, reliable team members to join our production operation in McKinney, Texas
. In this hands‑on role, you’ll help support the equipment, processes, and people who keep our world‑class manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently.

Starting Pay: $17–$20 per hour

Location: 910 Elm St., McKinney, TX 75069

As a Production Team Member, you will:

• Prepare and inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Follow all OSHA and Prysmian safety guidelines.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors or the safety team.
• Support production needs by performing duties assigned by your supervisor.
• Maintain consistent, dependable attendance.
• Contribute to a high-performing team environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform essential physical and operational job duties.
• Strong reliability and commitment to teamwork.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and support production needs.

• Loud noise and exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Some outdoor tasks depending on operational needs.
• Repetitive motion and physical activity.
• Kneeling, crouching, and stooping.
• Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Use of hands to operate tools, materials, and equipment.
• Standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
