Material Handler 2nd Shift

Job Title:

Shipping
- Receiving
- Warehouse Hourly - HUS

Essential Functions:

• Shipping Band, shrink-wrap and stage units for shipment, and load staged units onto truck
• Transport units from assembly to shipping area
• Follow shipping and packaging work instructions
• Follow sales order by dates to ensure on time delivery goals are met
• Pick and pack UPS shipments
• Process all dunnage to include scrap pallets and returnable
• Daily Tasks
• Check hot sheet daily
• Report inventory discrepancies
• Exercise safe working habits while operating machines
• Keep machine and work areas clean and free of safety hazards
• Comply with the Quality Management System
• Regular attendance and other duties as assigned

Education and Training:

• High school diploma or GED required

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-5 years' experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment preferred
• Must be able to read and write legibly in English
• Must be able to speak in English via a two-way radio
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Forklift Experience Required – Sit down and Reach truck
• Computer skills and knowledge of MRP systems preferred
• Must be able to meet production standards and follow instructions
