We are seeking a high-energy, community-driven Marketing Associate to help grow our Stretch Zone studio. This role focuses on local lead generation, community partnerships, and brand awareness. You will work closely with the Studio Manager and ownership to drive membership growth and increase visibility in the surrounding area. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, event marketing, and connecting with people face-to-face—while also supporting social media and digital outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities Community Outreach & Events- Develop and execute grassroots marketing campaigns within the local community
- Build partnerships with nearby gyms, physical therapists, chiropractors, wellness providers, and small businesses
- Represent Stretch Zone at local events, health fairs, expos, and pop-ups
- Coordinate in-studio events and promotional days
- Generate qualified leads through outreach initiatives
- Promote introductory stretch sessions and special offers
- Track leads and marketing performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales staff to support trial-to-membership conversions
- Manage the studio’s local social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging content including testimonials, promotions, and educational posts
- Maintain updated Google Business profile and online presence
- Assist with local email marketing campaigns and promotions
- 1–3 years of marketing, promotions, or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Comfortable working independently in the community
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends for events
