This is a full-time ministerial position that combines a primary focus on youth and family ministry (6th–12th grade), with broader congregational responsibilities for spiritual formation, discipleship, and assimilation. RPC is a congregation of 200 families (500+ Members) in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).

The successful candidate will devote the majority of his time to relational discipleship and outreach among youth, shepherding students and their families, and organizing the programming and volunteer leadership of our youth ministry. He will also provide leadership in teaching and preaching, congregation-wide spiritual formation, discipleship, and Christian education

We are looking for God's man who:

• Abides in a vital, personal relationship with the Triune God and is committed to a life of prayer and union with Christ.
• Has a passion for the Reformed Faith.
• Subscribes to the Westminster Standards and the PCA Book of Church Order.
• Has a heart for youth, families, and the lost—both locally and globally.
• Ideally has practical ministry experience and holds or is pursuing a seminary MDiv or advanced degree in Biblical studies or a related field.
• Is ordainable or working toward being ordained in the PCA (or a compatible Reformed denomination).
