# Assistant Pastor / Director of Youth Ministries Mc Kinney , TXRedeemer Presbyterian Church in McKinney, Texas, is prayerfully seeking a godly, gifted, and 'ordinary means of grace,' gospel-driven man to serve as our Pastor/Director of Youth Ministries. This is a full-time ministerial position that combines a primary focus on youth and family ministry (6th-12th grade), with broader congregational responsibilities for spiritual formation, discipleship, and assimilation.

- Abides in a vital, personal relationship with the Triune God and is committed to a life of prayer and union with Christ.

- Has a passion for the Reformed Faith.

- Subscribes to the Westminster Standards and the PCA Book of Church Order.

- Has a heart for youth, families, and the lost - both locally and globally.

- Ideally has practical ministry experience and holds or is pursuing a seminary MDiv or advanced degree in Biblical studies or a related field.
