Prosper Health Primary, Urgent, and Wellness is a brand-new, modern clinic opening in Prosper, TX. We are building a patient-first environment focused on delivering exceptional medical care, outstanding service, and a strong community presence.

Schedule & Clinic Hours
  • Primary Care: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Urgent Care: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team on June 1st. While you will be supported by collaborating and visiting Medical Directors, you will serve as the lead day-to-day care provider. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping clinic operations and building the patient experience from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience in a family clinic, urgent care, or ambulatory setting is highly preferred.
  • Patient-Centered Approach: A confident provider who values quality, consistency, and strong patient follow-up.
  • Autonomy: Comfortable working independently while effectively utilizing physician collaboration as needed.
  • Culture Fit: A team-oriented attitude with strong alignment to our clinic’s values and collaborative culture.
  • Community Engagement: An interest in participating in the clinic’s online visibility, including building a professional presence and creating patient education content.
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Texas.
  • A strong patient satisfaction mindset and dependable scheduling availability.
  • Positive team interaction and a commitment to fostering a supportive workplace environment.
