Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday. 8‑hour shift.

We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team at Baybrooke Village Care and Rehab Center (McKinney, TX). This role offers a rewarding career in a facility specialized in long‑term and rehabilitative care.

As a CNA, you will provide personal care to residents, assist the charge nurse, and be part of a multi‑disciplinary team dedicated to superior clinical care, rehabilitation, wellness, and supportive services. • Provide personal care to residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, consistent with community policy.
• Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
• Advise supervising charge nurse of resident’s status at beginning and end of shift.
• Contribute knowledge of resident’s conditions/needs to resident care plans.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within the parameters of established policy and procedure.
• Observe and report on residents’ conditions, and document observations as required.
• Comply with requirements of procedures for safe lifting and/or safe transfer of residents per established policies and procedures.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting.
• Ensure that equipment is clean and functional.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
• Highly developed observation skills.
