The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care across pediatric and primary care populations, including conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other clinicians. Daily responsibilities include performing routine and acute care visits, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and delivering patient and family education on health promotion and disease prevention. The Nurse Practitioner will document encounters in the electronic health record, coordinate care with specialists and community resources, and participate in quality improvement efforts.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, requiring active engagement with patients, families, and the clinical team during regular clinic hours.

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas and national board certification in family, pediatric, or primary care practice.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in pediatric and primary care, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
• Strong patient education and communication abilities, with a focus on family-centered care and culturally responsive practice.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, documentation standards, and basic clinical technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, manage a busy patient schedule, and adapt to changing clinical needs.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and quality improvement in outpatient care settings.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program; prior experience in pediatric or family practice is preferred.
