Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time or Full-Time)

- 3-day (8.5 hr/day) work week
- No after-hours charting — AI scribing included
- Monthly Saturday half-day clinic only

As a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality primary care, maintain efficient patient flow, and build a strong patient panel. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and collaborative clinician seeking a long-term home.
What Success Looks Like:- Seeing ~26 patients per 8.5 hr day
- Timely documentation (within 1 hour of visit)
- Positive team interaction and alignment with clinic values
- Strong patient satisfaction and consistent schedule
- Training on efficient patient flow & charting
- Personal brand development via social media
- Work-life balance coaching
- Best practices for using EMR and managing cases
- Positive, friendly, and team-oriented
- Strong work ethic and flexibility
- Eager to learn and fill patient panel
- Interested in visibility through clinic’s online presence
- Are not welcoming to patients
- Prefer working independently from leadership guidance
- Avoid full schedules or resist collaboration
- Stir interpersonal conflict or workplace drama
- Provide patient exams, diagnosis, and treatment plans
- Use EMR for charting, ordering tests, and documenting care
- Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical team
- Contribute to clinic’s social media visibility
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Licensed NP and RN in Texas
- National board certification (preferred)
- Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing
- 2 years clinical experience preferred
- Tech-savvy and familiar with telemedicine tools
- Multilingual a plus
