Travel RN – Operating Room

McKinney, Texas

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | Thursday, Friday, Saturday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | On-site

• Provide direct patient care in a 7-suite surgical operating room environment with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties across a range of surgical specialties including orthopedics, neurosurgery, robotics, general surgery, trauma, and urology
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CSTs, anesthesia techs, and ancillary support staff
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
• Fulfill on-call requirements of approximately one day per week and one weekend per month

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Texas or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience (Labor & Delivery only experience is not applicable)
• Demonstrated experience in Neuro and Ortho/Spine surgical procedures
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work night shifts and meet on-call obligations

• Trauma center OR experience
• Extensive orthopedic surgical experience
• General/Trauma OR skill set with broad procedural exposure

• Work in a well-established surgical unit with a collaborative, team-oriented environment and hospital-provided scrubs
• Gain diverse procedural experience across orthopedics, neurosurgery, robotics, trauma, and more in a high-acuity setting
