Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aesthetic Nurse Injector role based at BeauxMD Medical Aesthetics in McKinney, TX. The Aesthetic Nurse Injector will perform injectable treatments such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers, as well as support laser and facial procedures in accordance with medical protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, assessing individual needs, creating treatment plans, and providing pre- and post-care education.

The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, assisting with skincare recommendations including ZO Skin Health products, and collaborating closely with the supervising physician and clinic team. The nurse injector will also help promote practice services, support patient retention efforts, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with aesthetic best practices and technologies.
Qualifications

• Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Texas, with appropriate credentials to perform aesthetic injections.
• Hands-on experience with cosmetic injectables (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers) and familiarity with facial anatomy and injection safety.
• Background in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related clinical settings is strongly preferred.
• Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clear pre- and post-procedure guidance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, discuss treatment options, and support long‑term patient relationships.
• Comfort working in a boutique medspa environment, balancing clinical excellence with a high-end, service-oriented patient experience.
• Detail‑oriented approach to charting, adherence to clinic protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, including training in new injectables, laser technologies, and skincare products.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a physician‑led team, demonstrate sound clinical judgment, and manage a consistent full‑time schedule on‑site.
• Experience with ZO Skin Health or other medical‑grade skincare lines is a plus.
