Overview
We are seeking a veterinary receptionist to help uphold the highest standards of patient care and support the clinic team. The role emphasizes teamwork, positive communication, and a welcoming experience for clients and patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front-desk service, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and coordinating patient flow.
- Assist DVM staff by anticipating needs and promoting efficiency and teamwork.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and support the growth and development of colleagues.
- Handle client communications professionally and courteously; contribute to a respectful and collaborative clinic environment.
Qualifications & Expectations
- Experience as a veterinary receptionist or in a veterinary clinic setting preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally and to support others in the clinic.
