Overview

We are seeking a veterinary receptionist to help uphold the highest standards of patient care and support the clinic team. The role emphasizes teamwork, positive communication, and a welcoming experience for clients and patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front-desk service, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and coordinating patient flow.
• Assist DVM staff by anticipating needs and promoting efficiency and teamwork.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and support the growth and development of colleagues.
• Handle client communications professionally and courteously; contribute to a respectful and collaborative clinic environment.

Qualifications & Expectations

• Experience as a veterinary receptionist or in a veterinary clinic setting preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally and to support others in the clinic.
