If you became an emergency veterinarian to practice real medicine—not chase corporate metrics—this may be the job you’ve been looking for. Our privately owned nights-and-weekends emergency hospital is seeking an experienced ER veterinarian who is comfortable working independently, thinking critically under pressure, and practicing high-quality medicine without someone in a corporate office telling you how to do your job. There are no quotas, no production pressure, and no toxic workplace politics here—just a supportive, respectful team that works together to take care of patients and clients in a rural community that truly needs us.
We believe technicians and assistants are skilled professionals and treat them as such, and we’re looking for a veterinarian who values collaboration and mutual respect. The ideal candidate is confident managing emergency cases, comfortable making decisions autonomously, and capable of performing abdominal and soft tissue surgery. If you want the freedom to practice the way you were trained, in an environment focused on good medicine and good people, we would love to talk with you.
